Hinote is a pyrokinetic, meaning he can literally make flames, without seals, making him a deadly enemy on the battlefield because he can use swift attacks towards enemies. He also has made it his life work to focus on his fire techniques, and physical body, training towards taijutsu , being able to make powerful hand to hand battle tactics. He is also able to intake extreme temperatures of fire. He also can generate flames around his own body, through his arm, legs, ect. to make more powerful and crushing blows. Hinote is also trying to learn the secret of Aoi Katon or "Blue Fire Release".
Weaknesses;; Isn't it easily seen, Hinote cannot take on Suiton enabled foes with his Katon, which is why he trained in taijutsu as well. He is often very cautious and curious about his surroundings, which can lead to nervousness. Most of all he has "insecurities in being alone". He also hates it when someone makes a crack at his height and is heated easily with this.
Backround;; Hinote does not know how he has these powers over fire but he never asks why either. Though in most cases he was picked on fore his ability to control fire. He never truly cared towards what other kids had to say. Towards himself he thinks he's a regular person. Though he knows nothing of his powers. He is often seen with a smirk on his face through his childhood.
After there training during his own secret training, Hinote had developed a few of his own Hijutsu(Secret Techniques) in the use of flames. Hinote and his team were no slouches during the first exam he even made a technique to mirror the opponents answers because that was needed for the exam. Hinote and his team had passed though they had talked about them he never would have left their sides because they were his teammates and he would protect them, there he had gained respect from both them.(Shiguko Minaki and Umira Tsuichibani: Boy & Girl).
Second Exam the, Forest of Death in which Hinote had his doubts upon is where he would prove himself even farther through many things. As they traveled through the forest his teammates eyes weren't as sharp as his and through this he had to save them utilizing the leaves around him he had coated them in armor to protect them from damage.
Hinote and his team had to face another team of Genin and through his new found respect from them they had worked together to combat these foes.(Shi was good at utilizing taijutsu effectively through quick body movement/Umi had been able to use earth jutsu in which was her own chakra though not to full affect.
Still though with their own skills they were able to defeat the Genin and take there scroll which was Earth in which they themselves had Heaven. There were still attacks but Hinote still had a few tricks such as Genjutsu in which he used to escape fighting and go forward more and more both his teammates were surprised at his growth.
They moved on to the next field of battle in the last rounds of the exam. With this Hinote was seen as a fierce competitor because he was so strong his teammates were a little jealous because he did most of the work for the second exam. Through this he also learned how to utilize blue flames through focus.
Hinote was not intimidated there was a Hyuuga as well there though not as potent as Neji still was strong a Inuzuka another Ninjutsu user and also a electric user in terms of skills and powers was among the best throughout the tournament because of his use of Raiton, because his master actually trained him inside this aspect.
The other three were near a mystery but they were all from Hidden Rock Village but to be known one had awesome physical strength. He had already kept an eye upon his opponents and was already thinking o how to counteract his opponents abilities. At this the exam would be taken, the month afterward so that they would be ready to take on their opponents. Hinote had already came up with his own abilities but as it turns out he would have to make plans against his opponents later on.
One month later Hinote had become obsessed with training to get stronger utilizing his physical strength as well even if it would only bounce him up a little in his abilities. Hinote had trained rigorously with his teammates to get ready for their battles utilizing their technique to their fullest abilities and training night and day and when exhausted often fainting during the training because of the chakra hey were draining. After the training and after a week of rest they were finally about to take the last part of the exam at the stadium.
Shin was up first he would have to battle hard he had grown his skills to a certain level of power at first and had to succeed through opening attacks towards his opponents though his fighter was one of the unknown Rock ninja's (there were two as of now). Shin had put up a good fight but had lost because the opponent was good at skills in genjutsu and used them to skillful make him fall. Through this Shin was brought into so much stress upon his brain that he had fallen, The next battle had to come though Hinote was sad for his teammate but knew he would have to pull through and after this Umi made a promise that she would make it through the exam still a combatant.
Through the next battle Umi had to go up against the Hyuuga and though not as powerful as he may have seemed though strong in his abilities was enough to defeat Umi badly by using 64 palms technique. Through this he felt as though he was alone the one who could defeat these foes. The next foes were now the strongest he would have to face and knew that it would be difficult. This would be his ultimate test in skill and survival and plus he was up next.
As he came on the field the strength and taijutsu oriented Rock Ninja came on as well and as if not bad enough he was ready to kill Hinote with all his strength. They both clashed during the battle using his strength to even rip a tree out of its roots to attack Ziggy quickly he caught himself during this time utilizing his leaves to trap him and then using another ability he had made during his training punctured through his skin and made a small paralyzing poison seep into the leaves which he had developed for the exam. He had beaten the Iwa Ninja and proved how strong he was.
The last unknown ninja had to go against the Hyuuga and he utilized some strange jutsu which had to do with steel which could be controlled from his body using it efficiently he found ways to quickly beat the Hyuuga be launching iron shards from the ground into his body and with this took him out and killed him with the shards, Ziggy watched in complete horror as the cold, Rock ninja completely slaughtered the Hyuuga. He sighed and then closed his eyes he was one of three competitors left.
Hinote would have to go against the genjutsu using ninja if he wanted to win but with this it would be hard because of his abilities he felt compelled to try to hold off on his ninjutsu knowing how to release genjutsu was useful and was why he asked to train under these abilities and with this he knew how to stop most his jutsu. He came to the field as the genjutsu user stood and as the battle commenced rushed quickly towards him watching his hands closely he quickly though he was caught in one genjutsu or at least thats what the genjutsu user thought but in actuality it was his shadow clone another trick he had learned from his sensei during times of harder training.
Hinote quickly made a counter attack utilizing a taijutsu skill without his ninjutsu and then quickly attacked him with his clones until he lunged himself towards the enemy with a strong body blow towards his chest. He was then brought unconscious and Ziggy was the winner. With this the final battle was about to start.
He was a little tired but ready for his last opponent. He utilized the steel skill it was his kekkai genkai and with this he would have a upper hand against Hinote because he was well developed in his skill quickly he had tried to dodge all the attacks but was cut by a projectile by the shin he quickly dodged the other attacks though developing this he had to utilize his leaves. With this he quickly started to fight harder but became more an more exhausted his eyes were closed as he began hand seals he was almost pierced by another dagger and with this almost grabbed by chains had it not been for him utilizing his leaf skills.
He had won and beaten the oh so serious Chunin exams.

Katon: Ichi
The basic building block of a great many techniques down the line, this is presumably the very same skill that began the study of Katons. Molding their chakra through a simple seal of any choice, the user is able to focus it onto the tip of their index finger in the form of heat. With this, they can cut through things such as glass and rope with some difficulty. However, at this stage, control of one?s chakra is so minimal that this technique can only be used by one finger and essentially has no combat use.~Mastered~
Katon: Ni
This technique makes it so that after a user has molded enough chakra to gather heat into their finger they can now distribute it to both the index and middle finger (one hand), making it a somewhat viable option in combat now. However, jabs and strikes made through this method would simply burn through clothing and wouldn?t cause any substantial thereafter. In terms of raw searing strength, though, it allows the user to cut through even metallic string now.~Mastered~
Katon: San
At this stage of learning, users of this technique are expected to be quite adept at controlling the flow of chakra in their body. It is by this that they are now able to both create ample amounts of chakra and distribute to both hands (still only two fingers per hand). The actual heat effect of this technique, though, still hasn?t changed much from Katon: Ni. Also, awkwardly enough, the user is still unable to have the technique travel throughout one whole hand.~Mastered~
Katon: Shi
Much unchanged from Katon: San, the most noticeable change here is the strength of the heat effect set off by the user?s fingers. Now able to melt through various objects of higher density than glass (not including metals), the only drawback is that this intensity is only attainable through one hand at the moment. One could compare the effect of this technique to being stabbed with a searing hot kunai. Essentially, this is just a much more combat effective version of Katon: Ni.~Mastered~
Katon: Go
This is where the technique evolves into one of the most deadly techniques within the Leaf. This is the stage before Kaseiken, the only move of comparable strength to the Chidori within the Leaf?s arsenal. In this building block, however, the user mimics the hand movement and effect of Chidori, replacing lightning with flame. Here, unlike the techniques leading up to this, flames now spring forth from the user?s entire hand. If the user balls their hand into a fist, however, the flames immediately disperse and the jutsu is cancelled. In this way, only spear-handed attacks can be made and their potency is increased so that most defenses can now be pierced.~Mastered~&. personality..

About your shinobi;; Hinote is a person who is seen as determined though almost never serious. He is a uncaring person when it comes to what his peers think of him and thinks himself as "normal" in his own rights. His ability of using fire might has sprung the justice in his heart. He also has a passion for fighting as well.
Hinote is particularly a very wise person even in the most difficult of situations, though he can be naive at many other times as well. He loves the feel of fire and its bright glow and is considered to be "Ifrit" in human form, though he says nothing of this. (Note: Ifrit is a fire entity.) He's particularly sweet towards women and considers them as jewels/prized gems, as he might say. He also loves to flirt.
