On sites I've been on in the past there have been group names that differ from new member and such. Usually I see the groups titled with the names of ranks such as genin or jounin. This way you could just be people and their respective age thus people don't have to look around to see what rank other members are.....
Its just a suggestion you can choose to ignore this if you wish

Hi, Tama.
Thank chu for the suggestion, but we have been working on it so there should be groups soon. ^^
As for that code, Mimi, I have tried something similar to that and it messed up the site. I didn't try that one, but I think we are just going to work with the groups. Thanks, though. [/blockquote]

Groups would be best and then you should set New members to be able to post in the ooc forums but not the rest. As you'll find that there'll be some misfits who get bored of waiting and they'll just start RPing. Now its easy to just punish them but its easier to configure it so they can not post in the forums you do not want them to in the first place.

that doesn't make sense ryu. people that become members shouldn't be limited to just ooc boards cuz well honestly those are stupid and whats the point of making a character if u can't use it? I thought it was common courtesy and general knowledge that you don't just wander into a thread that doesn't belong to you? do you mean groups in place of things like new member junior membe etc. so that they'd say genin and chuunin and the like? b/c i believe thats very easy to do and probably woul;d work out the best?

Ok, groups would be like Jounin and such, so those who are accepted can RP as they will be placed in the right group. Those who are not accepted, they can not RP as they need to work on their application. For instance, Artistic Shade, make a new account, do not post an application and try to post in the RP section. You can't. Now what I mean by OOC section includes the character creation section as well. Just not the RP section.
